52 Trophies, Two Events, Delivered in 24 hours
“EFX once again came-through in the utmost dependable way as they delivered a whopping 52 trophies across two major awards events taking place within 24 hours.” Said Rob Willis, COO and Joint Owner at Max Publishing – which owns and organises both events. There were multiple comments on the high quality of the trophies across both events.
The Excellence In Housewares Awards trophies were handed to some of the top brands and retailers in the sector, including Joseph Joseph, Le Creuset, John Lewis, as well as retail magnate Theo Paphitis of Dragons’ Den fame.”
The Henries Awards, which celebrate greeting card excellence, are also well known for the intricately designed trophy which is proudly displayed at designer and publishers’ offices across the country – this year including surface pattern designer Eleanor Bowmer.
The Two Designs
Both awards are made in Solid High Shine Nickel Plated Aluminium with laser engraved detailing. The Excellence in Housewares Award features a house, being lifted up by two hands on a plinth and the Henries Award is similar but with an envelope as the central focus of the design. Each design has the popular trophy style silhouette with the ergonomically pleasing central part to hold when receiving the trophy. The theme of both awards connects them in their publishing house and each year makes them increasingly recognisable.
Here at EFX, we are thrilled to have such happy clients – Rob Willis said: “EFX just never fail to deliver, not only in the communications and flexibility leading up to the events, but the check-in both pre and post event. The fine detail like having a delivery driver who will not be moved until he has the shipment directly in the hands of us as organiser – not a dump-and-run type courier which would be fraught with danger – makes all the difference. EFX are a vital partner, we simply couldn’t comprehend working with anyone else.”
