Global Snooker League Comes To London

Described as The Snooker League For Everyone, The International Snooker League (ISL) is a fun, challenging and social experience where amateur players can come together to showcase their skills while also making new friends. With a shared passion for the game, this tournament harnesses the sport’s social nature, which encourages interaction, shared experiences, and mutual respect, both on and off the table

The ISL is an international amateur snooker tournament which was held this year at the prestigious Royal Automobile Club in Pall Mall and the East India Club in St James Square; organised by the International Snooker League with Connor Maguire as president. Players attended from around the world including Dublin, New York, Toronto, Bermuda and the UK.

Annually each country in turn has the honour of hosting the tournament. The ISL has enabled its members throughout its events to visit different areas of the world and meet and make life-long friends with people from those countries.

The history of the ISL started back in 1972 when the late Connie Falkiewicz arranged a snooker match between the New York Athletic Club and The Old Colony Club, Bermuda. Then the following year got together with the great World Professional Champion Ray Reardon and Noel Miller-Cheevers in London and that day the International Snooker League was born.

Multiple Designs

The ISL commissioned three award designs for their 2025 Fall event. Nearly 40 players battled it out in a series of tight matches, showcasing impressive breaks and fierce competition. While only a few emerged as winners, the real triumph of the ISL lies in the camaraderie and shared passion that brought everyone together.

All three designs were created from Nickel Plated Aluminium in a High Shine finish with clear, blue and black acrylic, digitally printed detailing and feature the snooker ball image throughout.
